June ‘24 : major MAJOR work now COMPLETE -

1 - The patio has been extended and retiled in super-modern 80x80 off-white porcelain tiles with matching steps. Pool shower has been modernised too. More sunbed space, more contemporary, more 5 star Algarve! Think modern Miami vibes. It looks AWESOME!

2 - All internal ground & first floors have been retiled in the same 80x80 porcelain tiles and matching porcelain skirting. All bathrooms have been upgraded with new tiles, taps, showers, sanitaryware and more. The kitchen is staying... for now...

3 - We have replaced most of our windows/patio doors with new thicker and much more efficient aluminium frames. Bedrooms will be much quieter and the aircon will use less energy. Our brilliant electric blackout shutters remain!

The pool has been completely retiled and rebuilt, with iridescent Ezarri Ocean mosiac pool tiles, superwhite hybrid resin grout, custom granite edgings, new filter media and some clever dosing equipment. It's just stunning, with the Algarve sunshine lighting the tiles up like they're coated in glitter.
